ever since i registered for world hunger relief charity walk last year, i always receive invitations to other charity marathons or walks from hooha asia. so, today i decided to join another event that is the world kidney day run 2012 on 4th march 2012 at dataran merdeka. i invited a few of my friends along and now four are confirmed; me, A, oleen and jem. so if any of you guys are interested, please register here before 25th february 2012. 

there are a few categories you could choose from; men open, women open etc. my friends and i, we chose the fun run. why? because it's 2km less (5km) from the other category and it's open for all ages and sizes. the only disadvantage is there's no prize given for this category. like we could get any prize in the first place, hehe... the fees for the fun run category is RM25 and extra RM5 charges for online registering. as usual, we will get t-shirts and goodie bags.

registering for this event is not the only online thing i did today! i also managed to buy tickets to ho chi minh city, vietnam! we managed (me, A, liza & sophie) to get the best prize, i think for this trip. the price for 3 days and 2 nights stay at some 'unknown' hotel and the return ticket is only RM204 inclusive taxes and all! isn't it a bargain?!! our trip to ho chi minh city will be on 29th september 2012 (saturday) until 1st october 2012 (monday). really looking forward for this one, yeah!
